PRODUCT LINE

Our Product lines are handwoven cloth from indigenous fibers like piña (fiber from pineapple leaves), silk (from cocoons), abaca (Manila Hemp) and cotton. Handwoven cloth blend with diffrent indigenous fiber produce esthetic appeal like piña-silk cloth, piña-cotton-silk, abaca-cotton-silk and abaca-cotton. The handwoven cloth are used for garments, bag material, throw pillow cases, curtains, placemats, table runners, napkins, novelty items, fashion accessories and etc.


PURE PIÑA CLOTH
A cloth woven of piña fibers. The warp and weft are piña fibers. Width of cloth ranges form 29 inches to 30 inches

PIÑA-SILK CLOTH
A cloth blend woven piña fiber and silk yarn. The warp is 21 denier silk yarn and the weft is piña fiber. Widh of the cloth ranges from 29 inches to 30 inches and 35 inches to 36 inches
and 45 inches


ABACA-COTTON-SILK
A cloth blend woven of abaca fiber, cotton yarn and silk yarn. The warp is 21 denier silk and the weft are alternate abaca fiber and cotton yarn. Width ranges from 29 in. to
30 inches, 35 inches to 36 inches and 45 inches


SINUKSOK PIÑA-SILK CLOTH
The cloth blend woven piña fiber and silk yarn and 8 ply thrown silk for sinuksok. The warp is 21 denier silk yarn and the weft are piña fiber and the sinuksok are 8 ply thrown silk. Width of the cloth ranges from 29 inches to 30 inches. Sinuksok is a design on the cloth that is similar to embroidery, but in-laid within the cloth itself or inserted during weaving

PIÑA-SILK WITH STRIPE
A cloth blend woven pña fiber, silk yarn and 8 ply thrown silk for the stripe. The warp is 21 denier silk for the stripe. The warp is 21 denier silk yarn and the weft are piña fiber and the stripe is 8 ply thrown silk. Width of cloth ranges from 29 in. to 30 inches, 35 inches to 36 inches, and 45 inches.

PIÑA-COTTON-SILK
A cloth blend woven piña fiber 21 denier silk yarn. And cotton (40/2) yarn. The warp is 21 denier silk yarn and the weft are piña fiber and cotton yarn alternate. The width of the cloth ranges from 29 inches to 30 inches, 35 inches to 36 inches
and 45 inches


PIÑA BASTOS
A cloth woven of piña bastos fiber (coarse fiber of piña. The warp and the weft are piña bastos fiber. The width of the cloth ranges 29in. to 30 inches.


ABACA COTTON
A cloth blend woven abaca fiber and cotton yarn (40/2). The warp is cotton yarn and the weft is abaca fiber. The width of the cloth ranges from 29in. to 30in.


ABACA PINUKPOK
A cloth woven of abaca fibers (Fine). The warp and weft are abaca fiber. The width of the cloth ranges from 29 inches to 30 inches

All l the handwoven fabric can be colore with vegetable dye...yellow, from the roots of yellow ginger (Zingiberecae), pink, lavander and puschia from the bark of Sapang tree (Leguminosae). brown and khake from the bark of Kapok tree (Bunobocacae), Mocha from the bark of Camachille tree. Blue from the leaves of Tagum, black from the leaves of talisay tree. Orange form the bark of Cabugao tree or Noni tree. Mat Gold from the seed of atchuete (Bixacae). With the combination of different dye stuff, temparature and length of time will produce different color. This technology of vegetable dye was transfered to the company by Philippine Textile Research Institute. (PTRI)
